• How does it work?
  • Once you contact us, ERIN analytics will create the unique web portal for your financing.
  • The web portal will have a secret path name.  ERIN analytics will only send the secret internet address to you, the sponsor.  You control access by limiting the distribution of the address.
  • ERIN analytics can also set up multiple locations for your transaction so that you can maintain separate working group accesses. For example, you could have an Official Statement portal with a wide distribution and a working paper portal for just the working group. 
  • You, the portal sponsor, are in complete control of which documents are available on the web portal, when to update the documents, and who has access to them.
  • There is no need for special software. Deal participants use any web browser to access the documents.
•    How do you get started?
  • Simply send us an email at DealShare@ERINanalytics.com with the following
    • Your corporate logo
    • Your contact information
    • The exact name of your client
    • The name of the transaction that will appear in header of the page
    • Your client's logo
    • Any documents that you would like for us to post for you
      • Be advised: Large files may not make it through the email filters! DealShare avoids this problem - getting your documents to those that need it!
