| SLG Subscription Rules Change The CFR will be entered into the
Federal Register on 6/30/2005. The effective date of the new rules is 45
days after 6/30, or 8/14/2005 (Sunday). The last day to trade SLGs under
the old rules will be 8/12/2005. The first day to subscribe for SLGs
under the new rules will be 8/15/2005.
